Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Package the Item – Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Send It Back – Return the item to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
